Since January 2012 Sill Optics operates its machinery and equipment with green electricity from renewable energy sources, 100% hydropower.
The German TÜV Süd warranties the quality with the certificate: "CMS Standard Erzeugung" to conform the use of an alternative energy source.
Sill Optics is making a contribution to the improvement of CO2 balance and protects the environment each year from 580 t CO2 and about 0,5 kg of radioactive waste.
This decision of the company’s management continues the investment in an innovative and environment-friendly production.
